Cool Dude!

Are you looking for a good book to read? Lately I have been reading books having to do with missions. The latest book I read was "Through Gates of Splender" by Elisabeth Elliot. This is the story of five missionaries who give their lives while trying to make contact with the Waodani ("Auca" Indians) in Ecuador. This is a true story of the amazing lives of these five missionaries and is written by one of the wives. Once you read the book, you may want to read "End of the Spear" by Steve Saint (the son of the missionary pilot) and find out the rest of the story. Then, check out the DVD by the same title. If you ever wanted a story to challenge your faith, this is it. So, read it today and let me know what you think.

Some Day My Prince Will Come!

Well, while we were back east the kids had great fun at the pond at my parent's house. They caught so many bullfrogs and when they brought them to show me, I told them to kiss it. Jonathan was the only on who wouldn't. Hmmm....smart kid.
